We come to you for less disruption or your team can come to us at the WorkLife studio space in Picton.

Before the shoot
The first step is for you to complete our quick enquiry form and let us know a little more about you and what you’re looking for. You’ll then get a proposal with pricing based on what you need.
$100 deposit is taken at the time of booking.
Once your session is booked, we’ll organise a few simple details to make the day run smoothly.
We’ll confirm:
• location (your workplace or WorkLife Picton studio)
• number of staff members
• preferred background style
• wardrobe guidelines for the team
• a simple shooting schedule
This ensures everyone knows what to expect and the session runs efficiently.
I’ll also send over a Shoot Prep Guide and What to Wear Guide.
During the shoot
Team headshots are photographed one person at a time. Each person is guided through a short session to ensure they look relaxed, confident and natural.
We keep the process simple and efficient so the session fits easily into the working day.
Most team members take 5–10 minutes each.
Lighting and backgrounds remain consistent so your team images look polished and uniform.
Each team will get to choose their best 3 images
The images are professionally edited and within 7 days you get the images in an online gallery in digital format. Final Invoice is sent at this time.

→ These sessions are designed for individuals only. We have other sessions available for teams. See “Teams” in the top menu.

→ Sessions run back-to-back. Late arrival will reduce your shooting time.

→ Cancellations made within 7 days of your session are non-refundable.
→ Rescheduling within 7 days is only possible if another session time is available. If no alternative time slots remain, your booking will be treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable.
